Unprofessional and rude.. I would not recommend them at all specially the receptionist.. I had gone in for a pellet application that I paid out of pocket which is 400 plus dollars plus they billed my insurance .. I called and asked what was discussed at my so called “office visit” to see why they had also billed my insurance.. I find that a bit too excessive.. They were all so rude including the doctor I didn’t even feel comfortable asking any questions.
Very professional. Wait time is minimal. Quick to return calls and concerns.
Been multiple times and will never return. Staff and doctors are consistently impatient, rude and don’t take the time to explain things the way they should. Horrible experiences, don’t come here.
