I had a great experience at this practice with Nurse Practitioner Elizabeth Ene. From the moment I walked in, Rickky , to Ezmerlda was friendly and welcoming, making check-in a breeze. NP Ene was thorough, professional, and really took the time to listen to my concerns. I felt very comfortable during my visit and appreciated the care and attention I received. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for quality care!
Unprofessional and rude.. I would not recommend them at all specially the receptionist.. I had gone in for a pellet application that I paid out of pocket which is 400 plus dollars plus they billed my insurance .. I called and asked what was discussed at my so called “office visit” to see why they had also billed my insurance.. I find that a bit too excessive.. They were all so rude including the doctor I didn’t even feel comfortable asking any questions.
Very professional. Wait time is minimal. Quick to return calls and concerns.
