I had to schedule an annual appointment and to review birth control options. I was able to be seen relatively soon by one the nurse practitioners, Ms. Christina Pardo. She was amazing and walked me through everything that would take place. The other staff were also friendly and efficient. I was able to get in and out without any hassle or problems.
Incompetent
The admin / front desk are very chaotic and confused.
