Dr Ramos was my physician and recently retired, but the team here is super quick, efficient and friendly.
I have been calling for days now to request for reschedule of my upcoming appointment. No one is picking up the calls and I highly doubt that the front desk is always busy everyday of the week throughout the entire day. Its very disappointing to be able to get a hold of someone from this place for anything important. Is this place still open or closed down at this point? Wondering if I need to find a new doctor if this location/practice is no longer open.
Dr. Moses is the best her and the staff! Everyone is kind and very welcoming. The thing I love about Dr. Moses is she’s very thorough and doesn’t make you feel uncomfortable. Thank you all.
