I was very disappointed with trying to get someone to send another prescription to pharmacy that accidentally deleted my prescription. Kept calling typing my situation on health portal . They don't do anything to help. After I canceled an upcoming appointment then they responded. They have terrible communication skills. Im not going back there not worth the aggravation.

This practice had been one of the better ones in the area (as low a bar as that is) up until the widespread enshittification that Centralus brought with them. Since their acquisition, nearly every facet of serivce provided has gone dramatically downhill and, unfortunately, is shared by even more practices in the are than were originally included in Cayuga's umbrella, and cost even more.

Dr. Torrado performed a vaginal ultrasound on me. It was extremely painful. He did not say what he was doing or why and did not acknowledge my pain. When it was over, and I spoke with the midwife, my body had a trauma response and shook, and I cried and insisted that he never be in charge of my care moving forward. This was in 2018 and I regret taking so much time to say something, but I’m saying something now to hopefully prevent further harm.
