The visit itself was quick, and the doctor was very kind and professional. However, I felt hesitant to ask additional questions because of the office policy posted at the front. It states that preventive care is considered an annual exam, and any other questions or discussions outside of that may be billed separately to insurance—and if not covered, the balance would become the patient’s responsibility. Dr Carroll is amazing! She always makes you feel like you're her only patient that day! She remains totally focused, friendly and never rushes when she's with you! The office is clean! The staff is friendly and efficient! I highly recommend Dr Carroll to everyone I know!
Dr. Carroll is truly the kindest and most compassionate OBGYN. The office is a little far from me, but it's worth it to have Dr. Carroll as my prenatal care. Even with her busy schedule, she always takes the time to connect personally and make me feel cared for. During my C-sections, she creates such a calm, comforting atmosphere—she’s truly the warmth in a cold OR! She continues to deliver my babies because of the exceptional care she provides.
