Dr. Elisa Carroll is such a warm-hearted doctor, very attentive, and knowledgeable Gynecologist. She kept a joyful smile the entire time of my consultation. She has wonderful bed side manners, and listens to you. She kept a joyful smile the entire time of my visit.
At my annual exam/mammogram, I addressed perimenopause symptoms I have been experiencing to Dr. Carroll and she listened to my concerns. I was worried she would dismiss them but she made me feel heard and validated. We discussed treatment options and decided on a course of treatment. 10/10 highly recommend.

I absolutely love Dr Carroll! She's always very thorough and never rushes through the appointment. The lady who drew my blood was also very good and very friendly. The only negative thing I would say about my recent visit is that one of the ladies at checkout did not seem very friendly. She actually seemed like she was annoyed or upset about something. At first she didn't acknowledge me while I waited, and when she finally did, she was just cold and distant.
Dr. Carroll is an exceptional gynecologist in San Antonio. She is highly professional, compassionate, and empathetic. I have been her patient for many years and consistently receive excellent care. The Women’s Health Institute is an outstanding practice for comprehensive gynecological services.
