My husband was seen yesterday for a biopsy of the thyroid area . Erica was extremely helpful in getting him scheduled quickly and on the day of the biopsy he was greeted by the friendly staff and treated kindly and with respect. The doctor was thorough and pleasant, per my husband, and the entire experience went very smoothly. Thank you French Hospital Women's Health & Imaging for being there to assist us quickly when you were needed.
I don't know if these people know they're supposed to be helping others. I tried for days to get my daughter the help she needed, but these people were more concerned with themselves.
The staff here are so friendly, caring and empathetic. They treated me with kindness and gave me the care I needed. Erica is so wonderful. I highly recommend the womens imaging center. I cannot express my gratitude enough.
