They seriously need to get it together. I have called MANY times and left messages to make an appt for a mammo and no call back from anyone. Even though ironically it says on their recording they will call you back within 24 hours! that’s a joke, right?! Then when you leave a negative review they respond by telling you to call the number for help! That no one answers!! I have tried many times and left many messages, and they have never called me back. I was referred to this place by my PCP for an ultrasound. Have tried multiple times just to get an appointment. Always get a recording (no matter the time of day) saying they are sorry they missed my call and to leave a message then they will call back within 24 hours. 3 weeks and like 5 messages later - no call back. I already don't like this place, and I haven't even been seen yet. Meanwhile, the issue I have is getting worse.

I recently had a biopsy and mammogram done here and although there were a few issues, the main review here is for Erica who made the whole procedure fun, comfortable, and successful. She held my hand when I was frightened and made me laugh a lot for all else. She showed so much humanity and kindness and turned a serious procedure into a fun enjoyable experience, all the while being extremely competent and professional. My husband was seen yesterday for a biopsy of the thyroid area . Erica was extremely helpful in getting him scheduled quickly and on the day of the biopsy he was greeted by the friendly staff and treated kindly and with respect. The doctor was thorough and pleasant, per my husband, and the entire experience went very smoothly. Thank you French Hospital Women's Health & Imaging for being there to assist us quickly when you were needed.

I don't know if these people know they're supposed to be helping others. I tried for days to get my daughter the help she needed, but these people were more concerned with themselves.
