I normally see Dr Amala who’s been amazing but due to her not being available I saw Dr Marta, I left the appointment extremely upset. I was in tears afterwards, and I have never felt so dismissed. I didn’t feel heard or understood at all. I felt like I was trying to explain my concerns, but I was being ignored and wasn’t given the opportunity to properly express myself.
