All appointments are scheduled through the Klara app, and I have never actually spoken to a receptionist or staff member directly. When I tried to get a referral, I ran into multiple issues. Extremely unprofessional, rude, and unresponsive staff. All I wanted was to get a simple shot a year ago. When I scheduled a lab test, I still had to wait over 30 minutes in the reception area—even though I had an appointment. The staff checked me in but never told me when I could go in, despite clearly seeing me waiting and everything being ready. DR. GOODPASTURE , is just amazing ! Kind ,caring and has a listening ear, never rushes me out even with her busy schedule and explains all my concerns thoroughly. I couldnt ask for a better Doctor. I recommend her highly! Staff is great and friendly.
I typically see Priddle who is amazing, but today I saw Diane Wendelken and she was amazing. She has a wonderful bedside manner, she is very empathetic and knowledgeable. I am very grateful for the care I received!
