Dr. Harvey is an excellent provider. She listens to her patients, is compassionate, caring and incredibly knowledgeable. I have referred her to a few family members and friends and they absolutely love her.
I made an appointment for my annual visit and also to discuss hormone replacement because I'm going through menopause. I was told I could only schedule with specific docs to discuss hormone replacement. I asked the receptionist to ensure I could have this discussion, and she agreed that it was not an issue. After waiting an hour to be seen, I went to the appointment and was told by the doctor that this could not be discussed at a yearly visit. It has to be two separate appointments. Dr. Dalal was super sweet and caring. She made me feel super comfortable during my procedure. It’s clear that she truly cares about her patients and their well being. I highly recommend coming to this office! 100/10 experience. :)
Very, very rude receptionist. She put me on hold and never answered. This was the worst experience I have ever had. I called to make an appointment, and the lady on the phone was yelling at me.
