I made an appointment for my annual visit and also to discuss hormone replacement because I'm going through menopause. I was told I could only schedule with specific docs to discuss hormone replacement. I asked the receptionist to ensure I could have this discussion, and she agreed that it was not an issue. Dr. Dalal was super sweet and caring. She made me feel super comfortable during my procedure. It’s clear that she truly cares about her patients and their well being. I highly recommend coming to this office! 100/10 experience. :)
Very, very rude receptionist. She put me on hold and never answered. This was the worst experience I have ever had. I called to make an appointment, and the lady on the phone was yelling at me.
I met with Dr. Sarah McCormick for my annuals, she was kind. The receptionists and intake nurse or PA were also kind.
I am writing to share a deeply disappointing experience my wife had with Dr. Sidra Khan at this OBGYN practice. Dr. Khan's attitude towards my wife was incredibly rude and dismissive. She showed a complete disregard for my wife's concerns and was unwilling to help with her medical needs. Specifically, she refused to send an order for a previously prescribed medication, even though it is covered under our insurance.
