I just moved to this area so I thought I would switch to this obgyn. I found out I was pregnant, and then miscarrying at 9 weeks. They did not care, not supportive at all. I saw Lorraine Lamm (NP-Midwife) for the first time yesterday. She is excellent with a professional (yet calming) presence and very knowledgeable. I'm am so happy to have found this practice. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful as was the nurse, Cassie. I would definitely recommend this practice for women.
I called several times trying to get an earlier appointment because I have a history off losses and require medication while pregnant. each time I tried to express my concerns, I was dismissed and told “your appointment where they go over your history is in two weeks”. Without my required medication, I began to miscarry. I used the practice with my 2nd child and it was mostly uneventful. The front desk staff were always friendly and accommodating. I mainly saw Dr. Tang and I was very happy with her. My issue is that postpartum I was struggle mentally and called the office crying asking for help. The front desk got me on the phone with a nurse right away- the nurse told me to take a warm shower and light a lavender candle.
