Worst experience I’ve ever encountered with doctors office. I set an appointment to see a doctor here during my 1st trimester, upon arriving at my visit I had to wait 2 hours just to see the provider, once I seen the mid wife she was very dismissive and had bad energy, as if she did not want to be bothered with patients. This office is so negligent they told my wife she was in the starting of a miscarriage and still with that they didn’t not want to give her rest. The doctor thibodeaux she is racist and neglected the fact that she needed the letter for absence of work I had the most horrible experience she put my wife through much more stress than she already was dealing with. My experience with Alisha McCullough as a midwife was extremely disappointing. As an 18-year-old expecting mother, I needed support and understanding, but she came across as dismissive and uninterested. Whenever I expressed concerns, she would cut me off, and her comment that "pregnancy isn't a handicap" felt particularly insensitive. Based on my interactions, I would not recommend Alisha McCullough or this practice to anyone. The call center and the staff are incompetent. And RUDE! Don’t waste anymore time here. Everyone should report this place to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND file HIPAA complaints!
