I could not be happier with the care I received from Kelsey during my women's health visit. She is compassionate, patient, understanding, and highly knowledgeable. I drive 40 minutes to the clinic, and it is worth it! Kelly and Michelle are also wonderful. Everyone is professional and great at what they do. I can't say enough good things about them!
Ever since everyone wanted to move to Lake Ariel, this office cannot handle the capacity of people. You can never get an appointment and their walk-ins are five hour Wait. It’s ridiculous time to find a new doctor.
I can’t say enough great things about the staff and doctor. Kelly and Michelle are great in the office and Dr. Kelsey is so caring and concerned. They all go out of their way to assist you. Thank you.
Some of the office staff are very rude. However I was seen by a midwife, Isabella, and she was very kind and helpful.
This office is disgusting. The scheduling is terrible. I called for an appointment months in advance knowing they wouldn't have anything available for that long. When I show up to my appointment, they do not have it in their calendar and tell me the next availability is not for another couple months. They can't even keep their schedule straight but claim to be professionals? They want you to trust their doctors when their office acts like this? Awful. Wish I could give them 0 stars. Worse healthcare I have ever seen.
