The Best thorough , knowledgeable, professional physician!
I have been so happy since switching my primary care to Dr. Phala a little over 2 years ago. She listens to all my concerns and is very thorough in addressing them. I have never had an issue in getting a timely appointment when needed and they are always on time with appointments. When I need an appointment or have a question, I use messaging in MY CHART and someone gets back with me that same business day. Sometimes it is Dr. Phala herself. Both Dr. Brittany and Dr. Sefako Phala are the very best. Caring, concerned and listen to you to determine best paths. My family could not be happier
Dr Brittany Phala is a wonderful doctor and her staff is amazing also. I've never had to wait longer than a few minutes for my appointments. Dr Phala listens to all my concerns, answers all my questions and is always on top of my care. She is the most caring Dr I've ever had.. highly recommend!!! If I could give her 10 stars, I would.
I highly recommend Dr. Brittany Phala. The office staff are all so kind too.
