My hill is pure ice and they refused to let me reschedule. I had reschedule a few days prior due to the snow I slid down the same hill into a ditch trying to make it there. The first reschedule was because my children had the flu and Casie(the receptionist) said it was best to reschedule. So everytime i rescheduled was due to no fault of my own. If you are a female veteran I wouldn’t go here if you cancel or reschedule your appointment. They give you an appointment and expect you to keep it even if it’s not convenient for. If this is how they treat their veterans then I made the right decision by canceling.
