It's difficult to get anybody to answer the phone at this place, but I can't deny how amazing my care here has been. With my long-term journey regarding my identity, Dr. Brandt and my RN Teena have become my best friends. They answer all my questions, alleviate my worries, and I can tell they're genuinely proud of each step their patients take. I love this hospital because of them.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE!!!! First i went to the OB triage to be treated for abdominal pain for them to just not show me the ultrasound results to treat me like a psych patient and to be completely disregarded. Secondly they didnt even tell me I had a uti although they took a urine sample I had to find out at another hosital although they contradict themselves and say i tested positive so then why not prescribe me antibiotics their lack of empathy for their patients they google everything for all that i can be my own... read more
What happen to their phones ...I need it so urgently and it make me so sad and stressed when I just want to confirm something....you should care about it...
Only voting three stars because my long-term care here has been good because of Dr. Brandt. Other than that, you guys literally never answer the phone. I've been trying to contact the hospital to discuss the fact that nobody is responding to my pharmacy after I requested they get permission to refill my needles. I called my pharmacy and made this request three times and the technician told me they have yet to get a response from the hospital.
