It was a few years ago that this happened but I was concerned with the side effects of my birth control and my doctor told me I should be more concerned with my weight and my ability to have Children. I'm there to get BIRTH CONTROL don't lecture me about my weight in the name of having children when I don't want any not to mention you are not my primary doctor so mind your business. i had an appointment and was told to come early to fill out paperwork. i did so and on the day of the appt - they couldn't find any record of it. then i experienced the very worst pain from the exam. i was in tears when i left. this place is so disorganized - misinformed and i recommend anywhere else. i refuse to go back there.
I went in to get my IUD removed and they refused to take me despite the symptoms I told them I was having. The lady at the desk wouldn't even let me finish speaking, she interrupted me and said "they don't do that".
So far my experience here has been good, Dr. Clapp made me feel at ease during my visit and addressed come concerns I had. I feel very confident with her as my women’s health Dr.
