Dr. Pregenzer is absolutely AMAZING! He is the best doctor I’ve ever seen! He is so knowledgeable and professional. Also his bedside manner is fantastic! He did even more than my primary physician, make me feel he really cares his patient.
Do not go here! They tell you they take your insurance and they won’t even check. The front desk is extremely unprofessional and will laugh at you for expressing concerns. The doctor himself is not bad, but front desk shouldn’t be treating anyone this way especially a pregnant woman who got hit with a $509 bill for one prenatal appointment . Do not go here !!!! The treatment from Laura from billing is an awful I wonder why they keep her around. The lack of empathy is sad
Dr. Pregenzer is AMAZING, however, his receptionist and billing department are the worst. I've been going to his practice for 10+ years and receptionists have changed quite a bit. As of the past 2-3 years, the receptionists have been rude, misguiding, and incompetent. A visit that I should not have been charged for was sent to collections; the doctor even stated that the visit could have been done over the phone if the receptionist had uploaded my labs as instructed.
