I really love this practice. I always feel safe, comfortable and well taken care of. All women, all welcoming.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Women’s Health Care of Trumbull, particularly regarding an unwarranted $150 no-show fee that I was told would be charged to me by the manager, Lydia. I fully dispute this charge. I did attempt to cancel my appointment. I sent a cancellation text and also tried calling the office directly. I was placed on hold and then disconnected—yet somehow, this still resulted in a no-show fee. It feels unreasonable and unfair to penalize a patient for communication issues that are ... read more
