As many others have said, my experience was tainted by the front desk staff (one in particular during this visit). I noticed she was the only one not wearing a name tag and probably for good reason. I had a great well-exam visit with my provider and her assistant only to be rudely dismissed when I was checking out. The fact that you can't schedule your next yearly visit is ridiculous, "they don't book out that far". Never in my life have I heard of any doctor's office not allowing you to schedule your next appointment, especially when your gyno has a maxed out waitlist for months. Receptionists have no personality and are extremely cold and unwelcoming. Extra star was for the nursing assistant who took me back into the room, she at least was very nice. If I wasn't already established here, I'd go elsewhere.
My office Vista today was awesome and amazing Dr.Squicciarni is good her skills are extremely good her presentation is amazing giving you the best advice she doesn't rush through your visit she always listening to any concerns she makes you feel warm and welcoming..I always love my visit with her..
I've had good experiences basically every time with Women's Healthcare of Trumbull, including with the office staff, medical assistants, and the doctors. Dr. Helena Squicciarini in particular is an absolute gem - thorough, professional, warm, knowledgeable, present, kind, attentive... basically everything you want in your healthcare provider.
The worst doctor office ever. It’s a total nightmare visiting this office. They are cold, cruel and no humanity. The moment the doctors see you is the moment they want you to get out of their faces and they don’t care at all. This office doesn’t deserve patience’ trust and time.
