So interesting. My review from a few years ago seems to have disappeared. So I’ll submit another. If I could give negative stars I certainly would. I want to preface by sharing as a healthcare provider myself I would NEVER speak to patients the way this doctor speaks to people. She’s condescending and belittles. Dr Kline was extremely dismissive, acted like she was too busy to take her time with me during appointments , & spoke poorly of her staff. I actively tell my friends and physicians to avoid her.
This is one of the worst doctors offices I've ever been to. I went for a very specific issue, not a general appointment. I made this clear to everyone I spoke to during the scheduling process, but when I got there I was instructed to strip down into a paper dress, and to be advised the doctor had zero intention of looking into my issue and would only be doing a general evaluation (pap smear). I sat in a freezing cold room with no clothes on for almost 45 minutes. I never got an update, the doctor never poked her head in to g... read more
