It’s really sad to see how horrible this office has become. I’ve been coming here for over 8 years and I won’t be coming back. Unfortunately the lady who scheduled my appointment didn’t give me her name so I can’t call her out, but she was insanely rude. When I told her I needed to schedule my yearly appointment to get my IUD strings checked she asked in the most condescending tone I’ve ever heard “you can’t find them yourself?” I told her that my obgyn was the one who told me to come back every year to get them checked, whi... read more

So sad , this place went downhill. It used to be very good but now it’s terrible. The people on the phones are rude and very short. Better off going elsewhere.

I understand why this hospital has received negative reviews. Initially, I was skeptical about coming here, but I decided to give it a try for a consultation. When I called to book an appointment, the person who answered seemed impatient, you don’t have to say “Oh gosh” with the tone, unless i hold you for 1 minutes

I got an email for a $200 statement & I didn’t think much of it, was planning on paying at my appt in June because that’s what I always did. When I called to confirm my appt Ded... read more

Terrible experience with Cynthia in accounting/finance department, my wife had been a patient of Dr Hieneman for over 10 years she delivered all 3 of our kids. We had our baby boy in January, then went to a follow up in March - were not told about an outstanding balance, we usually pay them at the office since we had to go so often during pregnancy. Cynthia preemptively cancelled my wife's upcoming well check due to a $200 outstanding balance. A) We were not aware of the balance B) We have not missed a payment in over 10 yea... read more
