My had an appointment today and I got told to leave because I did not have a face mask. If it is dire, for us to aquire face masks, wouldn't your office or any department have face masks in case of a situation like mine? I feel very discriminated for the fact that I didn't have a face mask. I would understand if I didn't want to wear one but I didn't have any and I asked around the entire building and not one person was able to provide me with one. I will never let my friends or family come here.

So far they could def be better. My NP can't return calls about meds prescribed, the person who answers the phone doesn't have time to hear more than what she assumes you want, and the lady at the front desk requires you knock before entering, but the door is so far she missed me knocking five different times, in which case I waited at least a few minutes between knocks just in case she was not present... that's a bit much: 15 minutes in the hall to watch another patient disregard the sign to knock turned out to be the way i... read more
