Staff is rude. I called into the service with bad cramping and the Pa blew me off and wouldn’t bring me in early for an ultrasound and said I had to keep my scheduled one. I went in two weeks later for my appointment and what do you know I had a missed miscarriage and the baby stopped growing two weeks earlier. After the loss they didn’t even order any kind of tests. I switched to Dr. Rabin and couldn’t be happier. Don’t go!!!
I had a terrible experience with staff over the phone during my miscarriage in December 2024. I actually never want to come back to this womens health due to the lack of compassion from receptionists and the on call nurse. Whoever I spoke to on Monday morning on 12/9/24 asked me if "I was sure I miscarried" despite being told the previous Thursday through blood work over the phone by a nurse that it was a confirmed miscarriage. My first visit was very comfortable Dr Orchard was patient explained everything she was very compassionate her assistant Jas was absolutely awesome and front desk were very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this office. Christine Cochikas
Personally from MY experiences, the receptionists from both places were very rude. when you apply to be a nurse you have to be kind and generous yet y’all answer the phone and are rude as hell. If y’all can’t leave your negative attitudes at home then you don’t need to be a nurse in my opinion! I called and told Brianna my symptoms and the only thing she cared about was the birth control situation. thats all y’all care about is birth control nothing else matters other than that! Seriously, most of these 1 star rating are not real. I have been to this practice for YEARS and never had any issues. Dr Rittenhouse and the other doctors are professional. I have had no issues making an appointment and being seen when needed.
