Tried to take advantage of my gfs lack of familiarity with insurance. Sickening.
Terrible department. There is also nobody to answer grievances towards doctors. Patient Relations are useless. Do not book with Dr. Sadikovic. Terrible useless doctor who doesn’t call to give results and gives you ambiguous answers and will just try to push you off to some other useless specialist.
Always a quick and informative process.
Just had my 1st appointment at Dr. Amir's office this afternoon. The woman at the front desk clearly looks like she doesn't want to be there and should take customer service training. For being the 1st person and interaction a patient will be receiving she wasn't welcoming at all and seemed bothered I was even there. I don't need someone with a bad mood everytime I come for my prenatal visits during my pregnancy and will be looking for a different Doctors office. Would NOT recommend for preventative/well-woman care. Doctor was 45 minutes late to my appointment and I felt backed into a corner to have my exam done by a student (not my preference, and it added time). They made me second guess myself repeatedly when I told them I was there for preventative care, as if that was a silly reason to be there. Then, I received my exam from the student and was asked next to nothing by the doctor. I have received relentless calls, messages and emails to join a Rush sleep study following this app... read more
