This organization has the worst service in every way. I bring a book to every appointment, since I know that I'll wait over an hour to see my doctor (if I see her at all). My last yearly exam was doing a urine test and then being insulted by my doctor. Today, they closed all of their offices and cancelled all appointments without alerting any of their patients (including me, who drove 10 miles through a snowstorm to make it to my appointment). Their inefficiency in the office and on the phone is inexcusable. I would recommen... read more

Midwife won me over – I am 27 and do not have any children. I initially began going to Women's Health Care because they were close to where I lived at the time and accepted my insurance. I have been a patient there for 3-4 years and until recently, had no strong feelings good or bad about Women's Health Care. Like most women, I went for my annual simply because I needed a refill for my birth control. Apparently don't care – I have called twice to leave a message for my doctor -- so far, she either doesn't get the message, or doesn't care -- good thing my issue isn't life threatening! If they tell you to get a certain treatment, shouldn't they actually order it? Just a thought--I don't expect a return call and can wait until my next "yearly" and then I'll let her have it!

Love it! – I went through my first pregnancy with them and they were great. My doctor I felt totally comfortable with and the same with the nurses. The only reason why I don't give them 5 stars is because the staff up front can be rude.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE – The front staff is extremely rude and the nurses aren 't much better. They simply can't be bothered by the nurses' help line and were always short and unhelpful when I called. After 9 months of pregnancy appointments, the doctor still treated me like a first time patient she had never seen. And the wait time is horrendous. The office is never running on schedule. I once waited over an hour past my appointment. The front desk response? "The doctors are always overbooked. There's nothing we can do"... read more
