I was told by the scheduler to arrive 30 minutes early so I did. There were two ladies in the reception area and one gave me paperwork to fill out, then they both disappeared in the back somewhere for almost 30 minutes. 5 minutes before my appointment start time they came back out and finished checking me in. Now past my appointment time, respectively being here early and spending 30 minutes in the waiting room my appointment is now past due. I was told my tech will be here soon? Tried to schedule appointment to get an exam because my pec is swollen with a lump and clear fluid and blood discharging, but all they care about is getting an order number before I can schedule an appointment. It seems like in the state of Washington all they care about is money and not the well being of people unless they are homeless or don't contribute to society. 100% recommend if you are needing this type of facility! ALL the staff has been wonderful. They make sure your ok, offer comfort things that they can and talk to you about each step. I have never been uncomfortable, felt like I didn't know what was going on, encourage you to ask questions. I saw Dr J. Oh and she is amazing along with coverages few different mammo techs and ultrasound techs. All are informative and easy to talk to!
Great center. Had great care there in the past but they are too busy to be accessible now. Called Nov. 1 for appt. and was told nothing was available until March, 2024. That's too much of a delay for me.
