The staff were absolutely lovely—so friendly, helpful, and genuinely caring. They made me feel comfortable and supported from the moment I walked in. I received great advice when I needed it, and I’m truly grateful for their guidance. So lucky to have such a fantastic clinic nearby.
I booked in for a scan over the phone and agreed to £195 for the appointment. 2 days before, I received a call to say they couldn’t do the scan because I was booked in with a consultant who scans under 12 weeks and I’m further along. That was fine and I was happy to reschedule, but the receptionist did not inform me that the price of the rescheduled scan was £355. A wonderful clinic. The staff were friendly and accommodating. My doctor Berrin Tezcan was easy to talk to and answered all my questions thoroughly. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a women's health clinic.
Dr Tezcan was reassuring and very professional. She took her time to explain the procedure she was going to perform and put me at ease. She answered all my questions regarding my health and was thorough in her explanations. The clinic is spotless, all the staff are extremely polite and friendly .
