Dr Catherine Miller is an absolute godsend. A very important woman in my life has had tremendous difficulty finding a good gynecologist throughout her adult life, but Dr Miller is the first to make a positive impact. Her bedside manner was incredible, and the visit as a whole was far more pleasant than could’ve been expected. Forever grateful for medical professionals that take the human side of these roles so seriously.
Same issues with appointment scheduling. Called them today (mid-March), was told that the only openings they have are in July. I'm a new patient. It took me 3 days to reach out to their front desk. For 2 days, no one was picking up the phone, and their scheduling tool is not showing any dates on their website. This is sad.
The doctors and nurses are great, and I would have loved to give this practice five stars. However, the receptionists are consistently rude and unhelpful. Given that they interact with women who may be facing challenges during pregnancy, a little more sensitivity would go a long way. I even considered switching to a different OBGYN because of this issue.
