My gynecologist of 20+ years recently told me he was retiring. I then had a hard time finding a practice and gynecologist who was accepting new patients. Based on recommendations from friends I ended up finding Dr. Simons. Luckily he was taking new patients and I’m so glad I was able to see him! Really devastated at the treatment I received by the staff here. After the issue with the front desk staff, I made it 3 minutes into my actual appointment before I decided I could not trust anyone here. Unprofessional doesn't even scratch the surface. I'm glad I found out now instead of later on. Beware.
Honestly, I am surprised to see so many negative comments. I truly am left speechless. I have been going to this office for 13 years, and honestly, my experience with them has always been very good. In fact, right now that I am pregnant and just found out they do not accept my insurance, I feel devastated. The service they have given me has been so excellent that I am willing to pay for my visits out of pocket. how the front desk staff treat pregnant women is disturbing.. and certain nurses too. i was pregnant and in their care in the first trimester. THEY forgot to charge me like 4 copays and randomly one day made me pay 100$ or i couldn’t be seen. i said okay because i was on lunch at work so i said can i pay 50$ cash and 50$ card, she said “why not just pay the whole thing on card 😜😜😜” are we being serious here. no compassion and so rude dr simmons and dr zeh are great
After moving to town (late 2023), I was looking for a new office. I was able to get an appointment here last year (2024) no problem- I'm usually out of work by 3:30 weekdays, and have Fridays off. Last year I got a Friday appointment. Anyway, I called to make my annual appointment (I was calling in August, aiming for an October appointment) and the office receptionist offered me a Tuesday at 11.
