Gloomily, this “non- profit” is quite inhumane. I experienced constant changing of providers, a new provider (Jacobs) who vented to me during my appt. which she had been 52 mins late to (and she required technical assistance from a CMA of how to use an ultrasound during 2 of my appts). Jacobs accused me of taking a trigger shot without her consent to only apologize once I emailed her a picture of the unopened trigger shot an hour later. My family member has had an extremely neglectful experience here. They forget about you, even when you repeatedly reach out for help and/or scheduling, and rush when they are with you saying they can't complete all aspects of an exam they said you needed the appointment for because they have others to get to. Inspires so little confidence in going here for labor & delivery, she is now considering home-birth as a safer option.

I would recommend going ELSEWHERE, if possible.! This Temple facility is by far the worst place to consider, especially if you’re a first time mother. September 4th, 2025, I was forced to be induced at 37wks, when all I needed was to be monitored. They tell you they have a “Speak Up” Policy but they do NOT listen when you do speak up. You fill out a birthing plan, they ignore it COMPLETELY! They force you to take their recommendations and they force you to take all kinds of medication to speed up your labor process. You can get in to be seen! Appointment always are being rescheduled and when they are it’s for months out. It’s ridiculous that you can’t get the care you need.
