I'm giving 1 star only because they waste so much time with people trying to be seen for a pregnancy by making us wait at least a month for a "financial" appointment. The appointment is such a waste of time. It's literally someone wanting to review all details in your profile, which is ridiculous. Then tell you how much you will pay per appointment, as if we don't know already. Then the stupid questions, "Will you be putting baby on plan?" Definitely disappointed in healthcare here. Took forever for my referral to be processed. Finally got processed and was told that I can get seen in Nov when I would be 27 week pregnant. Was able to get an earlier appointment because the VA had to call them. I arrived 40 minutes early but did not know where clinic was. I called multiple time with no answer, ended up at wrong part of OB in hospital and still wasn’t given direction on the correct place to get seen no map no nothing.
