Rude receptionist, terrible customer service
I have been a patient for 10 years at the Southbury office. I never missed an appointment and have always paid my bills on time. I had an appointment scheduled today for 9:45. I walked into the office and was told my appointment was for 9:15 and they would have to reschedule me. There was not one patient in the office. I drove 45 mins to get to the office and was told “sorry can’t see you now you will have to come back.” Then I was told I would be charged $50 for a missed appointment. Love all these ladies! Best practice out there!!
When I became pregnant in 2012, I heard how great the doctors were at Women's Health. One doctor in particular and I made my appointment with her. I hit it off with her the first second. Fast forward, three years later now, I have a two year old and a 10 month old. I have gotten the best care from all of the doctors through out my pregnancies.
