She listened to my concerns and respected my wishes, making a comfortable plan of action for me..my medical assistant that took me to my room was very sweet and laughed at my jokes (veryimportant)..she also took my info and relayed that info to my provider correctly, that made me feel listen to. I was very happy with my visit to women's health in Derry. It was my first time there. Eleni, the provider was absolutely awesome. Explained everything as we went and I was so comfortable with her. The staff at the front desk for check-in and check out was very friendly and easy to work with.
Dr. Stewart is an exceptional OBGYN. She is incredibly thorough, understanding, and genuinely kind. She took the time to truly listen to my concerns and went above and beyond to make sure everything was addressed, which made me feel comfortable and well cared for. I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience at this office. I called 40–50 minutes before my appointment because my usual 15-minute commute was doubled due to an accident. I called their main phone number and was told that as long as I arrived within 15 minutes, I would be fine. I arrived 10 minutes late, well within that window, and was immediately told I needed to reschedule.
