OMG the receptionist that answers the phone at this practice are by far the WOST/RUDEST receptionist ever. The practice is constantly making mistakes with RX/Refills. I called to notify them of a mistake with the RX. The lady on the phone she yelled at me and told me it was my fault the mistakes were made because Im the patient. Since when is it the patients fault for mistakes the office makes? told me Id have to wait until the end of the day for the matter to be fixed. She never once apologized for the inconvenience..
