They wouldn’t let me and my daughter make an appointment because apparently someone “HAS TO RECOMMEND YOU!” Which is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard!

I’ve used with all 3 of my pregnancies and wouldn’t choose anyone or anywhere else. Dr. Vance is the best doctor I’ve ever had. The nurses are amazing as well. They’re so sweet and kind to you and treat you like family. I love this doctor and wouldn’t recommend anywhere else to go but them 🥰
Dr. Baten is amazing. His nurse and the lab technicians are too. But it would be really nice to have online payment options. Having to deal with Carrie/Kerry/rainbow hair financial lady isn’t worth it. It would’ve also been nice to know with my first three children that Active Health Maternity Management with BCBS existed so that most of my pregnancy charges would’ve been covered. I got the Nexplanon birth control implant in November, it’s now January and I’m having to get it removed. It has caused me so much pain and problems since I got it because the doctor did not insert it deep enough. I called to see about removing it and my doctor was out. I ask if I can see another doctor to get it removed because it is causing me so much pain and they refuse to let me see another doctor.
