It is a supervisor or whatever she is at that location by the name of Kim! She was very very rude on several occasions! Just terrible, no customer service skills whatsoever!
Terrible and traumatic. The practitioner I saw was extremely disrespectful and condescending. He showed no understanding or sympathy for the distress I was facing over my life-shattering diagnosis. If you like doctors who do not care about you, this would be a good suit for you.
