Update- I was treated like dirt my whole pregnancy by doctors, nurses and nurse techs alike because of one doctors negligence that the rest never caught or questioned even when drug tests were all negative. If there was concern, no one ever brought it to my attention either. It was all done behind my back and I was treated like trash with no idea why. You will absolutely need a doula or medical advocate watching your back if you choose to use this practice (as soon as you arrive for induction, during labor and postpartum) ... read more
We are unfortunately transferring because I only want women providers, but they are so kind and helpful! Everyone was a 10 out of 10 and I would highly recommend going here.
I had a wonderful experience as a new patient from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth, and both the nurse and Dr. Madeline Larson took the time to truly listen and answer my questions with remarkable patience. I felt completely heard and well cared for. Highly recommend!
I requested routine blood work and was met with unnecessary resistance and repeated back-and-forth instead of straightforward care. There was no clear explanation for why these standard labs could not be ordered. As a woman trying to conceive, I expected at least a basic level of understanding and support. Instead, I experienced a complete lack of empathy and responsiveness. What should have been a simple request turned into an exhausting and frustrating process. My overall care from them was ok I got better care from the nurses than the dr. I had one dr come in and told me my blood pressure was a little high and that I needed to take an aspirin which if he looked at my chart Im allergic to aspirin. My biggest problem was them trying to charge me 800 before I gave birth saying my insurance only paying for 85% which was completely wrong my insurance covered 100% of my care and my insurance even said nobody had reached out to them about any pre delivery bill and told me to ignore them ... read more
