My experience with my doctor Erika Clark was AMAZING. I am giving an review on the front office staff. The front office staff needs to communicate with one another. One person say one thing and the other saying something different. Both are unaware of the process and both need to be retrained.
Dr. Vera was informative and excellent bedside manner. She makes the effort to ensure her patient is comfortable and addresses concerns or observations in a professional and caring discussion. The office was well organized and helpful. It is rare that you have competent, knowledgeable staff combined with a caring physician; made for an overall positive experience.
this practice almost killed my baby and me. I went in in active labor. My body and my babies body showed signs of distress his heart rate was too high and so was my blood pressure and fetal movement was significantly down. I was having painful contractions that were over a min long every 2 minutes. I wasn’t dilating so they sent me home literally laughing at me and treating me like i was foolish for thinking i was in actual labor.
