Honestly Dr Chan has always been amazing but once she moved to ahpn her office staff are horrible. I need medications refilled instead of them responding to the pharmacy, their phone system doesnt work, they dont call you back and finally when I talk to someone they tell me dr chan cant help me since she no longer sees patients the np I saw this year cant renew my medications because its somehow out of her scope. Then when I ask if shes telling me I need to get a new doctor shes responds back with yes. Is this how you treat ... read more
It was a waste of time. I didn't get any questions answered but was differed to another physician. Receptionist was rude, practioner was inexperienced.
Dr. Harrington is so personable and really took time with me to discuss my health and answered questions I had. She’s a breath of fresh air - really seems to care about her patients. Highly recommended her!
