Honestly Dr Chan has always been amazing but once she moved to ahpn her office staff are horrible. I need medications refilled instead of them responding to the pharmacy, their phone system doesnt work, they dont call you back and finally when I talk to someone they tell me dr chan cant help me since she no longer sees patients the np I saw this year cant renew my medications because its somehow out of her scope. Then when I ask if shes telling me I need to get a new doctor shes responds back with yes. Is this how you treat ... read more
