Lexus Byington one of the nurses gave my child the wrong shot. Then proceeded to have a completely different nurse come in and fix her mistake. Thankfully it wasn’t harmful but for someone that works with infants you would think you’d be a little more careful let alone have common sense to read what you are putting inside a newborn.
I am new to Tillamook and called to try and set up a new patient visit, was told to go to the urgent care and then hung up on by scheduling. They sounded nice, but don't seem to care much.
Great staff. Very Helpful and very caring.
Waited nearly an hour between talking to the doctor and getting an ultrasound. They did not have the resources in their building to do a vaginal ultrasound and the lab lady went on lunch break leaving me to wait for almost an hour again. I did not receive a blood draw nor did they test me for infection. They do not have the resources or staff. I would go somewhere else.
