The wait time is incredibly long. I understand that the referral process might be tedious, but the customer service is simply awful. The receptionists are not helpful at all they always have an excuse as why my referral is taking long.
I never got to visit this clinic or meet their providers because my appointment was simply CANCELED. Not even offered to be rescheduled, just canceled. I’m including a video of the voicemail I received. They made sure to let me know that their pregnant patients will get priority over any non-pregnant patients. I’d understand if this was a high-risk clinic, but it isn’t. Not even offering to reschedule and just kicking someone who has been WAITING months for this appointment to the curb is beyond frustrating.
Waited for 2 hours just to reschedule my apt. No seating. Over schedule patients and no respect for our time.
Horrible place to go!!! Super unprofessional and no type of empathy... my whole experience has been horrible.. my last appointment there was August 26th i had appointment at 9am checked in at 8:45 i didn't get seen until 11:49 just to get into with OB Eperjesi He is rude loud and so unprofessional . It just been a horrible experience then the send me out to fresno and they still giving me a run around not knowing what's going on with my referral it's a horrible clinic
