They take long making my pregnant wife wait 2 hours to be seen causing her blood pressure to rise knowing she's high risk and then still have her wait in the back.
My wife and I called on 5/20 in the morning to ask a few questions because we are first time parents and we were told to go to the hospital in person and before I was able to say anything she hung up the phone immediately, very rude service and will be moving health providers
Whoever the receptionist was that answered the phone at around 11am needs to be replaced! Extremely rude, unhelpful, and hung up the phone when I needed help.
