I received EXCELLENT care from Dr.Rachael Johnson & her team. She shares info and listen to my concerns. I’m anxious sometimes but after my visit (her answers are so thoroughly -my questions are gone) I’ve visited for 3 years, I receive awesome care at each visit with Dr. Johnson. Thank you so very much.
I was a new patient 4/1. My implant was about to expire so I needed seen for a pap and replacement. I told Dr. hall I had a history of polyps and fibroids so she said we needed to do an US. Fine. Did one, she told me it was normal. Despite me going there to get my birth control replacement that day they scheduled me another visit. Go to that visit and everything is done. Great. With all due respect, it is very frustrating to schedule an appointment, arrive on time, actually early, only to sit and wait 45 minutes and still not be seen, and no word. I ended up getting up and walking out. As a patient, we would not be able to show up 20-45 minutes late, nor would I expect to. I understand and can show grace that unforeseen things happen, however, I had a scheduled appointment with a 45 minute drive each way. Long turnaround for a phone call with results on tests that were only supposed to take a couple days. It’s been over a week now and i haven’t even been called
I love the people but honestly it is so frustrating when you make appointments in advance and every time I go in for my scheduled appointment I have to wait on an average of 30 minutes or longer to even get into a Dr room then you have to wait longer. I'm thankful that I have a job that is understanding but we make appointments for a reason.
