I had a payment plan (which I had to fight for) tthat I was current on. 4 months into the payment plan, I lost my job. I called & told billing the situation. I was given a 2 months pause. Before those 2 months were over, I was sent a collections letter. I called & the basically said there was nothing I could do unless I pay a $500+ payment for 4 months. Everyone here is amazing! I needed answers and they went above and beyond to help!! Genna is wonderful and caring! Their entire staff is helpful and gets you in and out right away and they actually care about their patients!
I do like my doctor but I just sick and tired of the scheduling! I don’t know if they don’t have enough staff or what but I have to wait every time I call them, always at least 10 people ahead of me! And I called twice for two days , same waiting! One time I left a message and waited for them to text me back ( as they said) but they never responded!
I typically have had really great experiences here and my Dr is wonderful. However, I saw Mary G today, I was asked if her student was able to shadow during my appointment. I told them I’d prefer not to. And then Mary proceeded to shout during my entire appointment until the very end. I felt she did this intentionally so that her student was still included in my appointment. So rude.
