I have never felt so dismissed and uncared for by a medical office in my life. Since the beginning of June, I have been trying to get care for a serious issue, and this office has refused to see me or help me in any meaningful way. I have now missed 2 months of work because of my symptoms, and not once have they shown urgency or genuine concern. I believe the biggest issue lies with the nursing team. The nurse that I had today really wasn’t confident in what she was telling me. She said it could be this that and another thin, so I was very confused, on just about everything, I needed answers that she couldn’t provide and next time I book an appointment with Womens Health it’s going to be with the OB/GYN not just some random doctor.
Always a comforting experience being seen here by Amanda Clements. If you are in the need for an Ob/Gyn , seek her out. My last gyno tried to talk me into getting a hysterectomy, Amanda listened to what my issues were and made recommendations as to what she thought would work. So happy I found her. Empathy goes a long way, and she exhibits that through and through
