my doctor referred me here for an endoscopy, after calling multiple time i finally spoke to someone after saying i was a provider via phone directory (which is the only way they seem to answer the phone) and was told they would call back to schedule which never happened 4 months later and i’ve called multiple times to try to schedule an appointment with no answer. It is usually a great office but when I went last time I told them I was suffering and they decided I needed a colonoscopy and endoscopy but they only booked me 6 months out. I’m just supposed to struggle for 6 months

Only posting this because I’ve had not one, but two bad experiences with this care team. After my procedure, I was told someone would call and review results over the phone… this never happened and I had to call numerous times and speak to the OM to get this to happen. They wanted me to come in even though there was no bad news. The OM had to see if Dr. Pressman or Erica Taylor would be willing to review it over the phone , even though I was told this was the plan.
