It is usually a great office but when I went last time I told them I was suffering and they decided I needed a colonoscopy and endoscopy but they only booked me 6 months out. I’m just supposed to struggle for 6 months
Only posting this because I’ve had not one, but two bad experiences with this care team. After my procedure, I was told someone would call and review results over the phone… this never happened and I had to call numerous times and speak to the OM to get this to happen. They wanted me to come in even though there was no bad news. The OM had to see if Dr. Pressman or Erica Taylor would be willing to review it over the phone , even though I was told this was the plan. I have had only caring professional care and treatment by Dr Pressman.She is an excellent doctor and professional. Erica Taylor is also very professional and caring. I recommend them for any women looking for good honest care.
