I had a very disappointing experience trying to cancel my membership after recently giving birth. I was informed that cancellation could only be done in person and that handling it over the phone was considered a “courtesy,” despite my postpartum situation. I was also charged for two months after my account was taken off hold without any notification or courtesy email.
