Called twice in two days and left a message both times on separate extensions. Had a fairly easy question… but Nobody called back. Whoever is in charge of the front desk staff should probably go over basic training and responding to voicemails and patients. This is not an efficient OB and if they can’t even bother to return a phone call what kind of treatment do you think you’re really gonna get if they have no time to spare to the point they don’t return phone calls…
Everyone was kind and never acted like I needed to hurry up so they could get to the next patient.
I just want to tell Dr Erin thank you so much for calling me back n explaining everything I didn’t understand from my yesterday visit. An I apologize for thinking negatively, its been a very frustrating n painful 3 months with several several trips to ER n not one of them doing a single thing to help me. She only one who gave me a proper diagnosis, finally. I could’ve handled my uneasy feeling differently n I do apologize for that. Great care, and office personnel. Dr. Conner is fantastic. She actively listens, answers questions, and is very thorough and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend!
