If I could give 100 stars I would ….I came in not knowing what to expect and ended up getting the best thing I didn’t know I needed. Nigel is amazing and so inspiring that I will definitely be back I absolutely love her and this Gym…I haven’t taken the classes yet but we did a personal session and although tired it gave me the boost I needed to reach my fitness goals.
