Long wait time – I found this doctor after deciding that I did not like to wait a month before I could get into see my doctor at my previous PCP. Although there is not very many people in the waiting room and you can make a doctor's appointment that isn't a month away the waiting room visit is at least half hour before they call you back. I have waited as long as 45 minutes before they called me back even though there is barely anyone in waiting room or people before me. Your Doc-great! – I came across this practice when I lost my job and my United Healthcare insurance and had to find a doctor that takes Public Aid. I called several places but they were either all booked or very rude on the phone. Then I came across Your doc in Elgin and found dr. Orozco. The office girls were great, very welcoming and friendly and since I was sick they schedulled my appointment for the same afternoon! Dr. Orozco was so nice and caring.
