The worst receptionist and worst radiologist , Dr. Stanley After arriving to my appointment for high risk early morphology pregnancy scan, and was occupied all morning beforehand vomiting due to morning sickness ( which they knew about) they refused to see me becasue i mistakenly forgot my referral due morning stress. I asked if we pls call my referred specialist, "Who's next door to them," to email it? The receptionist refused and claimed they never picked up the call, which is untrue. I had a scan with Dr Stanley who was super professional & made sure I was comfortable. The receptionist was also really helpful and patient with me over the phone.
Absolutely fabulous. Staff are incredibly kind and supportive, very reassuring and made our experience perfect. Couldn’t recommend them any higher
Would highly recommend this place. Both doctors there are absolutely fantastic and they really take their time to ensure they give you the most thorough examination. I keep going back year after year which speaks volumes.
Had scan with dr Stanley, he is very nice, professional and patient and the whole process is efficient, except 30 min waiting due previous patient getting late. One more thing receptionist told me to drink water and hold before scan, but Stanley said it’s ok to release all the water, which make me a bit painful at beginning
