I am a 71 y/o on Medicare which covers mammograms and bone density tests 100%. I went to the Medicare site to confirm. I had these services performed on 12/26/25 and received a bill for physicians services. Again, 100% covered by Medicare. I called Medicare to ask them why the claim was partially denied and was told the bill was INCORRECTLY coded to get paid. Normally great, but I' have tried on different phone lines, & on one they don't answer the phone (no message machine), & on another line the phone picks up briefly & then hangs up. They need to responsibly make sure their phones are working. Afterward, scanning the other reviews, it appears others also have either had difficulty getting through on the phone &/or having results sent to their doctor. How can it be that this office is so disorganized that they don't improve this repetative problem!?

Great experience, the staff is very kind and respectful. I had been avoiding going for a mammogram because of a past negative experience (being treated rudely by a doctor while in a vulnerable state). Since I was 7 years over due I was not looking forward to the “comments.” But that didn’t happen at all! Pam did my mammogram. She was exceptionally kind and professional. I have been coming here for mammograms for years. Always caring, phenomenal service. The past couple of years, I've had to have follow ups and I was so nervous. They have always taken their time with me and were thorough and caring. Today I was really nervous, but they took great care of me.From the front desk, the technician and the Doctor, who actually came in to talk with me about the results.
