I am a new patient and Dr Reynolds is super friendly and very thorough. She did not rush me and talked to me and explained everything. I am 7Mo pregnant and she has great bedside manners and introduced herself when she came in the room. Yes they are a little slow, but when they spend as much time as you need in your room, the wait is worth it!
Don't go here if you value your time. I waited an hour and a half past my appointment time today before a dr came in for my 6wk checkup. (Not to mention how long it took for them to even take me to the back) By the time she came in I had fed my newborn baby, (I had to give her a formula bottle *even though she is a breastfed baby* while i was in the waiting room so i wouldn't miss them calling me back and finished it in the back) undressed, waited, and redressed. Worst clinic ever. Takes forrever to be seen and gave me the runarounds about taking out my birth control.
