My experience at this women’s shelter has been extremely negative, especially as a mother. The environment is filled with unnecessary drama, cliques, favoritism, and unprofessional behavior from staff. They pick and choose who they care about, often giving special treatment to moms with multiple children while dismissing the concerns of moms with one or two kids. The bad reviews are NOT lying. They will get you to sign papers and agree to silly things so that they won't be held accountable for their crimes. She came at me confrontational, didnt even ask me a... read more

They offer zero help getting you on your feet and on your own. A friend who had to utilize this place learned the hard way. And to think I'm the one who sent her there. Thinking they would be... read more

I came in contact with them after an extremely traumatic event. I had a counselor for about a month, who was alright. I was then told she had left and was assigned to a different counselor. She called me 1 time and never arrived at our sessions and never contacted me again. I also tried to get an advocate there because that's where everyone (other organizations and departments) told me to go. I reached out to her on a daily basis by phone, texts, emails. She never responded so I called the Supervisor who said she would talk ... read more
